Parameters

All BIDEX options are sent as query parameters. Combine them with & after the BuyersID.

Invalid values are rejected with a 400 error. See Errors for the exact messages.

BuyersID

A UUID that identifies your customer account. Required on every request. Missing or malformed values are rejected:

• BuyersID is required. — the parameter is absent.
• Invalid BuyersID format. Must be a valid UUID. — the value is not a UUID; copy it completely, including hyphens, without spaces.

format

• json — a catalog metadata block plus a paginated products array (default).
• csv — a semicolon-separated file with the fixed BIDEX BikeData V1.6 column order, containing the complete catalog.

Any other value is rejected: Invalid format parameter. Must be "json" or "csv".

CSV ignores pagination

A CSV download is always the complete catalog: page and size are ignored for format=csv. Pagination only applies to JSON. See Response formats.

language

A two-letter ISO 639-1 language code. It controls the language of product texts such as descriptions. If omitted, the feed is delivered in English. Any value that is not exactly two letters is rejected: Invalid language code. Must be ISO 639-1 (e.g., en, nl, fr).

country

A two-letter ISO 3166 alpha-2 country code, such as BE or NL. It is used for country-specific information such as VAT. If omitted, no country is selected and the corresponding catalog metadata fields are left empty. Any value that is not exactly two letters is rejected: Invalid country code: ... Must be ISO 3166 alpha-2 (e.g., BE, NL, DE).

currency

A three-letter ISO 4217 currency code. Prices are always delivered in the currency of your price list — the API does not convert currencies. Requesting a currency that differs from your price list currency is rejected with a 400 error:

Invalid currency: prices for this customer are in EUR. Request the feed without the currency parameter or use EUR.

If you are unsure which currency applies to your BuyersID, ask your Belgian Cycling Factory contact or simply omit the parameter.

page and size

Pagination applies to JSON only.

• page must be a positive integer. Invalid values fall back to 1.
• size must be between 1 and 1000. Values above 1000 are capped at 1000; invalid values fall back to 100.

Download pages until a page contains no product records. Keep the same BuyersID, format, language, country and currency for every page.
